15% off screen repair with whole house window cleaning. * must replace all screens to receive discount. Regular price $20 per screen. Screens are taken and repaired off site, then returned.

Good Neighbor Special

For each neighbor that agrees to clean their windows on the same day back to back with your cleaning, you will each receive a $25 discount (1 story) or $50 (2 story). * Must live within the same neighborhood/development for discount.

Regular Pricing

Our regular pricing is as follows:

Single Story Window Cleaning: $225

Includes: Cleaning Inside / Outside / Screens. Up to 20 individual windows. Each additional window $5.00 per window over 20 windows.

Two Story Window Cleaning: $325

Includes: Cleaning Inside / Outside / Screens. Up to 40 individual windows. Each additional window $6.00 per window over 40 windows.

Three Story Window Cleaning: $425

Includes: Cleaning Inside / Outside / Screens. Up to 40 individual windows. Each additional window $7.00 per window over 40 windows.
